Strengthening funded pension system: DAV calls for comprehensive, lifelong coverage

The German Association of Actuaries (DAV) welcomes the current reforms to occupational and private pension schemes as an important step toward a more robust funded pension system. At the same time, German actuaries urge that the reforms be consistently aligned with the goal of providing comprehensive, lifelong income security in old age.
