Further reform needed even after BRSG II – enabling high-yield occupational pension schemes outside the social partner model

During today's digital press conference, the IVS – Institute of Pension Actuaries called for the swift implementation of the Company Pension Strengthening Act II (Betriebsrentenstärkungsgesetz II or short BRSG II) without further delay. “The BRSG II contains important impetus for the further development of occupational pension schemes and should now come into force promptly and without further discussion,” emphasized Stefan Oecking, Chairman of the IVS.
