Aging with dignity—how can this be financed?

On April 28, 2025, experts gathered at a plenary session of the DAV to discuss how a dignified life in old age can continue to be financed in the future—and what political, social, and systemic decisions need to be made to achieve this. The focus was on whether our society is sufficiently prepared for rising costs in the health and care system, an aging population, and the associated financial burden.
