Alongside its education and training aimed at preparing candidates for the DAV and IVS examinations, the DAA also offers a comprehensive programme of education and training in the form of face-to-face seminars, web sessions and special events. As a rule, well over 1000 participants attend the 50 or so events that the DAA hosts every year. For its seminars and training courses the DAA only engages external and highly-qualified speakers and experts from academia, science and industry so as to deliver and cover seminar content in the best possible fashion.
Our Programme
In the DAA’s face-to-face seminars you can exchange knowledge and experience of fascinating CPD topics with your peers live and on the spot. You can interact directly with the trainer/speaker and you will also have the opportunity for networking.
In the DAA’s web sessions you can immerse yourself in a CPD topic from the comfort of your own home or from your workplace without wasting valuable time travelling to a training venue. These online sessions may last from one or two hours to several days. Web series, which deliver detailed content spread over several training days in an ‘easy-to-digest’ format and which give you sufficient time to review the content between the individual episodes in the series, are also part of the Academy’s portfolio.
Alongside classic training formats the DAA regularly hosts special events that are aimed either at a particular target group, such as the CERA Day or the Academy Day, or that take the form of a mini congress, as is the case with max.99. You can book a place here.
