The DAV and its members stand for technical excellence. In order to be able to guarantee this in the future as well, we constantly review the content of our education and training and examinations to ensure they are up to date and relevant to modern industry practice as well as reviewing our organisational processes for reliability, transparency and fairness.
To this end, we have formulated quality criteria according to which the DAV’s education and training and examinations system is geared towards and is constantly evaluated. The results of this evaluation contribute to the continuous updating an further development of content and processes in our DAV’s education and training and examinations system.
Quality Management Handbooks for Education and Training and for Examin
Our quality criteria are formulated and documented transparently in two quality management handbooks: one for education and training and one for examinations.
The QM handbook for Education and Training emphasises excellent teaching methodology and structured way of delivering knowledge. Regular reviews and amendments guarantee that our education and training constantly meets state-of-the-art technical and methodological requirements and ensures that our candidates are prepared ideally.

When it comes to examinations, clear guidelines and precise processes ensure that examinations are conducted fairly, objectively and in an easy-to-understand manner. We aim to continually improve the quality of our examinations and to ensure that all examinations meet the highest standards.
