Education and Training in Detail
DAV education and training lays the foundations for your actuarial career. Once you have passed you will have the title DAV Actuary, which will entitle you to become a member of the DAV.

The additional qualification to become a Certified Actuarial Data Scientist (CADS) is aimed at fully qualified DAV actuaries who wish to specialise further and expand their field of activity into data science in the context of insurers and financial services providers.
The additional qualification to become a CERA who work in enterprise risk management. The qualification is an internationally recognised additional qualification that has been established by 13 actuarial associations across the world in order to strengthen the role of actuaries as risk managers.
IVS experts are trained actuaries specialising in provision issues who can provide consulting services and support on all issues relating to retirement provision systems. Once you have passed the examination you can apply for membership of the IVS. Only members of the DAV may do this.
