European Actuarial Journal

The "European Actuarial Journal" (EAJ) is published by the European Actuarial Journal Association (EAJA), a common organization of eleven actuarial associations of Europe. It combines the scope and impact of 6 national scientific actuarial journals and is supported by 12 national actuarial societies.

The EAJ focuses on theory and methods for actuarial applications in insurance and finance. It publishes research and survey articles as well as papers supporting the exchange of knowledge between research and practical applications.

Coverage includes topics in the area of classical actuarial mathematics like life and non-life insurance, pension funds and reinsurance, along with more recent areas of interest such as risk management, asset-and-liability management, solvency, catastrophe modeling, systematic changes in risk parameters, longevity and more.
