The German Association of Actuaries (DAV) and its partners guide and support the actuarial community nationwide in every aspect of the profession. The DAV is the professional representation of all actuaries in Germany, with an additional branch for pensions, the IVS. The scientific partner organisation DGVFM promotes the cooperation between universities and the insurance business and finance industry. Finally the German Actuarial Academy (DAA) offers high quality preparation for the DAV exams and professional education for actuaries.

AAE is partner of actuview
The Actuarial Association of Europe (AAE) is the new partner of the streaming platform actuview, initiated by the DAV, from 2020. With this step, the approximately 30,000 members of the AAE's national actuarial associations will have access to all actuview content, including major events such as the IAA Section Colloquium 2019 in Cape Town, the ECA 2019 in Lisbon and the Asian Actuarial Conference 2019 in Singapore. Following the motto ‘Connecting Knowledge’, this year’s event set a new standard for online conferences in the international actuarial community.
